How do I change my bank information?

Please call the PumpPal  Customer Service Line toll free at 877-403-2222.

 

How do I add another card to my account?

You can pick up another card at any Parker’s location. Once you have it, just call our customer service line toll-free at 877-403-2222 and they can activate it right over the phone.

 

I’ve lost my card, what do I do?

Just pick up another free card at any Parker’s location. Then call our customer service line toll-free at 877-403-2222 and they can cancel your old card and activate the new one right over the phone.

 

How do I check my account transactions or account info?

You can now log into your PumpPal account from our newly designed website. Highlight Parker’s PumpPal and then click Login to My PumpPal.

 

How do I deactivate a card?

Login to your PumpPal account here. Once logged in, click the link above that says “Lost Card.” There you can deactivate any cards on your account.
