Our Dental Program is a voluntary benefit available to full-time employees and their dependents on day one. The dental benefit is a comprehensive plan and is offered through a network of participating provider locations.
You will be eligible to participate in voluntary supplemental benefits through Colonial Life following 60 days of employment. Colonial Life’s policies are designed to pay money directly to you, not the doctors and hospitals, when an accident or serious illness strikes you or your family. This coverage provides group rates through the convenience of payroll deduction. Choices of Insurance coverage include: Short Term Disability, Whole and Term Life, and Accident Insurance.
Retirement Savings Plan
Our 401k savings plan offers tax deferred savings and growth in a variety of investment options. Eligibility for enrollment begins upon attainment of age 21 and the completion of 6 months of employment. If you elect to participate in the plan, the company will make a contribution equal to 100% of your first 3% of deferrals and 50% of your deferrals between 4-5% of each payroll.

After working for Parker’s for 90 days, employees may sign up to take advantage of discounted membership rates and have their membership fee payroll deducted each month from their paycheck.

The purpose and intent of vacations is to give employees time off to allow for rest and recreation in recognition of prompt and regular attendance. Full-time and part-time employees are eligible for vacation on their anniversary date each year. The amount of vacation earned is based on hours worked and the number of years of continuous service.
